 A payment of 25% of your order is needed to confirm your booking.   The balance is due 28 days before your event.  A damage deposit is also required 28 days before the event.

Booking fee will be returned in full on cancellations 28 days before event.

Damage deposit will be returned, unless damages, when the returned items have been checked (normally 24-48 hours after return).

Covid Policy – I understand that sometimes things are out of our control.  If you have to cancel within the 28 days of your event due to restrictions imposed, I offer a full refund or a chance to rebook.

Payments accepted via Paypal or BACS Transfer

Washing Up

You are not required to wash hired items before return. I just request that you remove food, empty drinks and repack into boxes provided

Delivery

I offer a free delivery and collection service for orders within 5 miles of my base in CM8 1LW.   A Delivery & Collection charge of £1 per additional mile, based on mileage from my address, maybe applied to other orders.

All items are cleaned before delivery and delivered in sturdy plastic boxes that are not overloaded.

Generally, delivery is the day before your event and collection the day after but, these arrangements can be flexible depending on your event and venue.

 You are also welcome to collect and return orders at a mutually convenient time.

Breakages

Some of the china will be fragile and I request that it is handled with care.  I appreciate that accidents can happen despite this.

Damaged items should be returned, or a photo provided if it is too dangerous to do so.

A damage deposit maybe required with balance payment 28 days before the event.  This is generally 50% of the order. This is returned when the returned order has been washed and checked, which is usually within 24- 48 hours of return.

The amount deducted from the deposit for damages is based on the following:

£2 for any of the following: teaspoon, knife, fork, spoon, sugar tongs

£3 for any of the following: cake server, serving tongs

£3 for any of the following: cup, saucer, tea plate,

£5 for any milk jug or sugar bowl

£7 for sandwich plate, serving plate, water jug

£25 for teapot/coffee pot

£15 for cake stand

£10 for bird cage
